The problem is not parsing, but permissions.

jyn was referring to the "issue links in the commit messages" warning, which indeed has broken parsing

Ah, I see :) Regarding the permissions, you have to be in a team that has at least triage permissions on this repo, I think.

I think that it is accurate. It's just that in the team DB, we don't really deal with read permissions/roles at all, so the "lowest" role you can get there is triage.
