Update credits for CGM 4.0 #2822
Description
This programme runs 17 Aug–25th September. We should update the credits for tasks completed in this time. As part of this we need to check which new third-party assets were added that require attribution in the credits, and add those too.

We have been attempting to assign issues to the UTP CGM 4.0 milestone so we should be able to make a first pass of this by looking at that. (Maybe a little script using
git shortlogand/or the GitHub API would be helpful.)There are some contributions that will need some manual checking, e.g. #2790 / #1030 added a sound effect originally contributed by someone else on #1028 so we need to make sure they are credited. (As it happens, in this particular case I have checked and they are already credited.)
