feat(integrations): add opt-in alias naming for Hermes and Command Code exports - #7867
Implements the owner decision on #7703: an opt-in, per-integration alias naming mode for client exports, limited to Hermes and Command Code.
Before: a model alias set with ocx alias set showed up in /v1/models (alias_of) and in the Codex picker, but Hermes and Command Code exports always keyed the model by its routed slug.
After:
--model-names alias|routed on ocx export --client, integration client enable and integration client preview --operation apply|overwrite, and modelNames on the matching management API requests. The default stays routed. Other exporters reject the option and keep routed keys.
The mode is stored on the integration record when the connection is made. A later apply that omits the option keeps the stored mode. The mode does not follow preferModelAliasIds.
A provider-qualified alias (for example AC/AC-model-x) is emitted only when the router resolves it to the same provider, model and account as the routed slug. Collisions, unsafe or missing aliases, native-ID shadows and combos fall back to the routed slug.
Managed refresh moves a renamed alias to the new validated key and rewrites a removed alias back to the routed slug. A repeated refresh is a no-op, and foreign-edit refusal, profile isolation, rollback and Undo are unchanged. A mode-only change is still snapshotted, persisted and journaled when the client bytes do not change. The mode is bound into the plan fingerprint.
Alias selectors are revalidated at the coordinated commit, so an alias reassigned after the plan was frozen refuses the write instead of committing a stale key.
ocx export with the option is a preview built from the cached roster. It writes no client file, integration record, config, cache or credential state, and it can refuse while that roster is cold or stale. Without the option, ocx export keeps its existing path.
Docs: English integrations guide and CLI reference plus the translated pages, operating-skill surface, and a new structure/clients/export-model-names.md.
Verification
New feature tests (cli-export-model-names, client-export-model-names, integrations-model-names, management-export-model-names): the missing-feature assertions failed on the baseline and pass now, including the eight post-freeze reassignment cases that returned 200 instead of 409 before the commit-time guard. 101 pass / 0 fail before the rebase.
After rebasing onto current dev (conflicts with the T3 Code export in export-command.ts, registry.ts, layout files and structure docs were resolved by keeping both sides): the four feature files, cli-export-command, t3code-client, layout, layout tooling, file-size ratchet and skill-ocx passed 193 / 0. bun run typecheck, structure:check, skill:surface:check and privacy:scan exit 0.
Before the rebase: adjacent suites (cli-export-command, cli-integration-preview, management-integration-routes, integrations-writer, sync-client-integrations, hermes-catalog-refresh, client-config-export, provider-model-aliases, ratchet, core-Lab boundary) passed 515 with 4 existing Windows symlink skips and 0 failures. The docs-site build passed.
NOT RUN: full bun run test. A local Windows bun run test:changed (1327 of 2706 files selected) hit its 900 s runner limit under shared-host contention; the observed failures were concentrated in Claude Desktop files that also fail on clean dev on that host, and were not otherwise attributed. PR CI covers the import graph. Live installed-client smoke was not run.

Regression tests added (red before, green after)
Docs, translations, skill surface and structure updated
Hermes and Command Code exports and integrations now support alias or routed model names. Routed names remain the default, and selected modes are preserved for future applies.
Alias mode uses verified, provider-qualified aliases and falls back to routed names when aliases are missing, unsafe, or conflicting.
Successful managed refreshes migrate removed or renamed aliases; updates are refused when external edits are detected. Named Hermes profiles require an explicit Apply.
Hermes JSON exports can preview a current, loaded catalog without changing client files or managed settings. Cold or stale catalogs are unavailable; use --out to write an export file.
Documentation
Added guidance for model-name options, alias handling, refresh behavior, and export previews.
Persist the naming policy per connection and preserve omission on later Apply.
Validate qualified aliases through ingress and router identity, regenerate proof
against captured write configuration, and keep managed refresh and undo semantics.
Add passive explicit CLI export previews, contract regressions, documentation,
and generated operating-skill metadata for issue #7703.
Refuse aliases reassigned after input capture and before a coordinated apply,
overwrite or refresh writes. Resolve inherited naming policy through the bound
ownership observation, preserve frozen serialization, and keep refusal read-only.
Add red-to-green post-capture race regressions and retry guidance for issue #7703.

Walkthrough
The pull request adds alias and routed model-name modes for Hermes and Command Code exports and managed integrations. It validates aliases against routing identity, persists the selected mode, adds CLI and management API support, and documents the behavior in multiple languages.

Export models can carry an alias selector. Alias mode uses selectors only when route identity and selector uniqueness checks pass; otherwise, models retain routed names. Routed mode remains the default.
Integration planning, ownership, and writes now include the naming policy. Apply without an explicit mode can use the stored policy. Alias changes are checked during managed writes, and the server validates and forwards supported values.
The CLI accepts and forwards --model-names. Hermes and Command Code export previews use a cached roster and reject requests when the roster is unavailable or stale. Explicit --out continues to write an export artifact.
Documentation describes mode defaults and persistence, alias eligibility and fallback, refresh behavior, and export preview conditions. The structure index and manifest include the new model-naming reference.

Merge Risk: Low · up to c94e9
Ordinary roster loads now do extra alias-routing work, and alias exports may repeat it. This is a bounded performance concern rather than a demonstrated blocker.

The commit-time alias guard computes candidates for an inherited-mode apply. Object.entries on a missing providers map threw, which failed a default routed Command Code catalog refresh (command-code-client-contract).

Independent review (GPT-6.1 Sol, high): R1 MUSTFIX (alias proof threw on a config without providers, failing a default routed Command Code refresh) was fixed in c94e99b, and R2 returned PASS with zero blocking findings.
