Problem
The staged server AGENTS.md is the live system prompt for every session on the fleet — and it still teaches the amico-run era's workflow. After the bin deletion (#1667) and the doc sweep (#1668) land, the workflow vocabulary it teaches is wrong in the one place wrongness compounds: the prompt every agent reads at boot. #852's ordering names the dependency: #849's opt-in spec should land first — the workflow the AGENTS.md teaches changes with the opt-in surface (the free-tier beta enrollment changes how a session introduces solve paths).
Approach
Re-cut the staged AGENTS.md's workflow sections to the five-verb vocabulary (AUTHOR·EXECUTE·VERIFY·REMEMBER·METER + the amico verb surface), incorporating #849's opt-in surface where it touches the taught workflow. The re-cut is HITL by nature: it rewrites the prompt every session boots on — Aaron reviews the rendered text before the staging deploys. The macOS-path fix (#1665) lands independently first; this re-cut builds on the corrected file.
Acceptance criteria
Source
Part of #852 (step 4). Blocked by: #1667 (the vocabulary it teaches must be true), #1668 (the sweep establishes the vocabulary), and #849 externally (the opt-in spec changes the taught workflow — stated here because external blockers can't be native edges across that dependency's state).
