docs: the amico-run reference sweep — ~30 core doc/test files to the five-verb vocabulary (#852 step 3)

Problem

425 files on main carry the amico-run name. The executable consumers die with the bin deletion (#1667); the rest is documentation and test-fixture text teaching a deprecated workflow: the repo AGENTS.md solve workflow, CONTRIBUTING.md, docs/ledger-bridge-contract.md, upgrade-live-dispatch.md, the scores templates, and the doc-shaped test fixtures. The five-verb vocabulary (AUTHOR·EXECUTE·VERIFY·REMEMBER·METER) is the approved replacement (A1′, the Aug-17 dissolution).

Approach

Sweep the core doc set (~30 files by the audit's map — AGENTS.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, docs/ledger-bridge-contract.md, docs/upgrade-live-dispatch.md, the scores templates) replacing amico-run workflow references with the five-verb surface + amico run where a command is meant. Historical/provenance mentions (CHANGELOG entries, receipt records, "superseded the amico-run X" framing) stay — the sweep kills the active teaching, not the history. A CI grep-lint (or the skills-integrity lint's surface, if that's the established home) pins the residue: new doc references to amico-run as an active command fail the check.

Acceptance criteria

• The core doc set teaches zero amico-run-as-a-command references; historical mentions are exempt by the lint's rule set.
• The residue lint exists and is green; planted-violation test proves it bites.
• AGENTS.md's solve workflow uses the five-verb + amico run vocabulary (the re-cut of the STAGED server AGENTS.md is a separate, later slice — this one is the repo's docs).
• Doc-shaped test fixtures updated where they assert on doc content; the full amico-run + extension suites green.

Integrated into the campaign's integration branch (PR #1672): 31 files swept to the five-verb vocabulary, the residue lint landed (RED proven by a planted violation that also caught 58 lines of real residue), goldens regenerated + the corrector integrity sha refreshed (the #369 pin — the cast's skill finding about that discipline is recorded). Director gates on the integration tree: amico-run 1786/0, extension 3699/0 (235 files), typecheck ×2 clean. AC-3 note (the cast's finding): the repo AGENTS.md carries no solve-workflow section — the extension AGENTS.md's gate+launch paragraph was the teaching surface, recast; the hub file's structural re-cut is #1670's scope per the brief.
