C1: the amico-run sunset per A1′ — five-verb dissolution, notturno TS-native in the amico CLI #852

Description

@aarontrowbridge

Important

Problem — The amico-run sunset is APPROVED design (A1′, plans/2026-08-30-ecosystem-consolidation.md: the Aug 17 five-verb dissolution — AUTHOR·EXECUTE·VERIFY·REMEMBER·METER — C1 executes the sunset the user already called) but was never executed: 533 references across ~180 files on main; CI lanes; the extension spawn PATH; the AGENTS.md workflow.
Approach — Slice from the audit map (#850 lens 0b): (1) delete the amico-run bin (cli.ts is a 20-line shim into launch(); the PATH plumbing is the real work — opencode_paths.ts, extension.ts warning, fleet_panel spawn pattern), (2) the five verbs already map cleanly (AUTHOR=authoring.ts · EXECUTE=launch/executors · VERIFY=verify.ts · REMEMBER=spine verbs done · METER=doctor/estimate), (3) sweep ~30 doc/test files (AGENTS.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, docs/ledger-bridge-contract.md, upgrade-live-dispatch.md, scores templates), (4) re-cut the staged server AGENTS.md — including the macOS-on-Linux path bug (×4 hardcoded /Users/aaron/ paths on the Linux hub, a standalone fix), (5) fix the PATH-shim-to-moving-checkout hazard (pin the server's source per the plan §99), (6) notturno TS-native (registry/warrants/pass-runner/dashboards) per A1′ with the instance-deny-list extraction as the hard prerequisite.
Ordering — the boundary freeze (adoption gate or ~90 days from 2026-08-30) governs the notturno-public legs; the bin/PATH/doc sweep is not boundary-gated. #849's opt-in spec should land before the AGENTS.md re-cut (the workflow it teaches changes with the opt-in surface).
