Wave 55 — R-CG-4: Bit concatenation operator {a, b, ...}

What changed

• New node kind: ExprConcat with N children (2+ operands)
• Parser: { in primary expression context → concatenation (struct literals require Name{ prefix)
• Verilog: Native {a, b, c} concatenation
• C/Rust: /* concat(a, b, c) */ 0 (width-aware shift+or deferred to type inference)
• HIR expr_to_string: {a, b, c}

Закрываю в рамках уборки backlog. Этот PR — часть последовательного стека host-драйвера (Wave 40–98), который был заброшен после 2026-05-24; проект переключился на numeric-SSOT работу (#914–#977). PR конфликтует с master (общие файлы host/mod.rs, main.rs, compiler.rs, docs/NOW.md) и не может быть смержен в исходном виде. При необходимости работу можно переоткрыть и заново отребейзить от master. Ветка сохраняется.
