Wave 76 (R-HS-24): Host firmware image parser

What

• New bootstrap/src/host/firmware.rs
• FirmwareImage: 128-byte header + section table + payload
• FirmwareHeader with find/require_section
• SectionHeader with CRC32 verification
• build_image() helper for test image construction
• ImageError with 7 variants

Tests

14 new inline tests, all pass. 830 total.
