Tangible integration

• Independently parsed 550 Q1–Q4 routed records and all 150 Q5 individual records, verified 25 new source repo/pin families without Q1–Q5 source/tree overlaps, preserved one Q5 DEFER.
• Corrected Q5 invariant-audit total from 96 reference / 53 reject to the actual 92 reference / 57 reject, verified directly against all six ledgers, their source-family macros and 92-entry Q5 reference-only routing.
• Published a machine-readable Q1–Q5 reconciliation manifest with six exact Q5 pin/blob references and written evidence review. Q1–Q5: 700 records, 699 terminal decisions, 694 distinct recorded package-tree hashes within those 25 families only (six duplicate path exposures in Q5).
• Updated README, SYSTEM_STATE, CURATION_QUEUE, INDEX and index.json together to show 5,508 terminal static source-vetting decisions, 1,609 reference-only research dispositions and 3,899 rejects, with explicit global identity and positive endorsement UNKNOWN and unchanged 1,039 governed review records.
• Preserved README original skillz banner, capability evidence chart, visitor-first introduction and historical Q4 evidence. No adoption/promotion, behavioral/security acceptance, rights clearance or source registration implied.

Tests / checks

• Machine-checked all 150 Q5 records (10 rubric values totaling score, 10 rationales, full SHA fields, security_scan=not-run and behavioral_validation=not-run), zero format failures.
• Independently parsed Q1-Q4 routing counts 113 + 127 + 151 + 159 = 550; confirmed 19 source pins; Q5 = 6 other source pins, 144 distinct Q5 recorded trees; no Q1–Q4/Q5 tree collisions.
• Read back all eight changed files and checked 5 public totals, JSON parsing, corrected audit row and retained brand assets; zero findings. Git comparison: only eight evidence/public docs changed, eight [skip ci] commits, 0 behind main.
• Concurrent PR fix: repair 16 retired pulse runners and enforce source/recurrence authority [skip ci] #673 only touches two unrelated skill manifests; PR audit: document Q5 public accounting freshness gap #669 is stale and will be closed after this integration, preserving its separate audit history.
