Bounded passive audit at main 0c13f6b. Records Q4-labeled README figures versus later Q5 commit evidence without guessing a new denominator or editing Claude-owned shared surfaces. Zero skill reviews or promotions. HOLD pending full Q5 ledger/five-surface reconciliation. [skip ci]

Disposition (2026-11-03): SUPERSEDED / UNMERGED, evidence preserved.

Merged #674 resolves the actual Q5 public freshness gap rather than extending this audit. It independently reparsed all 550 Q1–Q4 routed records and all 150 Q5 ledger records, reconciled source/pin and recorded tree overlap, corrected the Q5 audit's erroneous 96/53 outcome total to 92 REFERENCE-ONLY / 57 REJECT / 1 DEFER and the recorded tree count to 144, published the source-linked manifest and updated all five consumer/public accounting surfaces in one protected merge. New main is aecc421579020e18320701c0e4bd28c097a0469d.

This older PR contains superseded statements (96/53 and 145 trees) and MUST NOT be merged as-is. Its distinct historical audit and commit chain remain accessible under this closed PR and its preserved head 16cdd8bd17adcea8fd30eaeb3832bf4c6e32d270. No skill has been automatically approved; distinct eligible denominator and positive recommendation totals still unknown. No security or behavioral execution claimed.

Closing this obsolete draft avoids a misleading second source of current accounting and preserves all valuable original history.
