rust-lang/rust#163732 (nightly-2026-10-20) moved std to libc 0.2.191, whose newlib stat has st_atim while std's RTEMS code reads st_atime, and #163701 (nightly-2026-10-22) calls libc::dirfd, which no libc declares for RTEMS. RTEMS_TOOLCHAIN names the toolchain in rtems-check.sh, its spec and embedded-image.sh, which defaults to the pin.
