Add the GitHub documentation deliverables for the remaining Tutorial, Security, Documentation and Migration buckets, with a 39-ticket handover that links the implementation PRs and records work already merged, missing inputs and activities outside repository scope.

This supplies the tutorial/video index (DOC-3), five-page docs-site SEO audit (DOC-7), landing-page outline (DOC-8), trigger/state contract (DOC-10), AI-standard navigation and concrete editing checks (DOC-12), and handover-video template (DOC-13). DOC-6 explicitly records the requester-confirmed absence of a hosted translation pilot or Chinese output; no translation verdict is invented.

Refresh all seven existing student/contributor tutorial guides from the merged #7 contribution to describe the implemented source paths, conservative eligibility, browser storage, replay, default-off rollout, maintenance and validation boundaries. The history contract uses authenticated /api/projects/history, including inactive and withdrawn enrolments, and requires explicit hasProjects: false.
