The documentation at the SF is outdated even with respect to the sources that were left there. So, this is an eternal problem.

Alas, there are no volonteers to keep documentation up to date. Also, since the project has moved out of SF keeping there new docs along with old sources would be confusing.
Local Wiki could be enabled here at Bitbucket but it would then need to be copied from the SF manually, I guess.
