fix(antigravity): union multi-account model discovery, skip disabled wire ids, and rank initial failover by quota - #7717
Problem: When an operator configures multiple Google Antigravity OAuth accounts across different entitlement tiers (for example, legacy accounts serving Claude 4.6 alongside newer Ultra/Pro accounts serving Claude 5.5 and Gemini 4 Argon), model discovery only queried the single active account, dropping models supported by sibling accounts from the live catalog and leaving sibling account rosters unknown. In addition, legacy accounts return disabled placeholder entries (such as "gemini-4-argon-disabled" with "disabled": true and "displayName": "Gemini 4 Argon"), which parseAntigravityAvailableModels admitted as gemini-4-argon, poisoning both per-account roster checks and global wire-model resolution. Finally, when the active account lacked a requested model, pre-dispatch selection returned the first matching sibling in login order before quota/strategy ranking could prefer an account with remaining quota.
Change:
src/providers/antigravity-models.ts: Skip wire model entries with info.disabled === true or ending in -disabled in parseAntigravityAvailableModels so disabled placeholder rows never pollute discovery or per-account rosters.
src/codex/catalog/provider-models.ts: During refreshing OAuth model discovery for Antigravity (cloudCodeAssist), concurrently probe usable sibling accounts (!paused && !needsReauth), union their discovered models into the live catalog, and record each sibling's own model roster via recordAntigravityAccountRoster.
src/oauth/generic-account-failover.ts: Rank eligible accounts by configured strategy / rankAccountsByHeadroom before falling back to listingSibling when the active account omits the requested model, and rank routeAntigravityModel replacement candidates by quota headroom within each readiness/support tier.
src/codex/routing-drift.ts: Export resolveOwnedRoutingPort (used by src/cli/status.ts) to keep bun run typecheck clean.
tests/adapters/google/antigravity-account-roster.test.ts: Add regression tests for -disabled placeholder wire ID filtering and multi-account union discovery with isolated per-account rosters.
Impact: Mixed-tier Antigravity account pools expose the full union of models available across all usable accounts, maintain accurate per-account rosters without false positives from -disabled placeholders, and route requests directly to eligible accounts with remaining quota.

Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Model discovery now combines available models across active accounts, while keeping account-specific model support intact.
Bug Fixes
Disabled models are excluded from discovered model lists.
Account failover better considers quota and model availability, with sibling accounts retained as fallbacks when other selection methods find no suitable alternative.
Loopback URLs with unsupported paths are no longer treated as valid routing endpoints.

I resolved all correct Codex and CodeRabbit findings.
Antigravity model discovery now filters disabled models and can merge rosters from other active accounts. Account selection uses quota ranking and model-listing fallbacks. Loopback endpoint detection now rejects paths outside the accepted set.

Discovery excludes models marked disabled or with wire IDs ending in -disabled. During a refreshing OAuth gather, it requests rosters from eligible sibling accounts and merges their model IDs into the catalog. Entitlement records remain specific to each account. Tests cover disabled models and account-specific rosters.
Select an account with model and quota fallbacks src/oauth/generic-account-failover.ts:340-343, 767-848
Antigravity replacement accounts are ranked by quota headroom. Initial account selection retains a model-listing sibling as a fallback when selection strategies do not produce a different account or lack eligible quota evidence.

The collision concern is not supported by the inspected evidence. The cross-account merge does keep the first occurrence of a picker ID, and the wire-ID lookup is keyed by base URL. Whether two accounts can report the same picker ID with different wire IDs depends on CCA responses, and no inspected repository source or contract establishes that. A wire-ID collision is therefore not a material finding on this evidence.
The merge mechanism is real. Sibling models are appended only when their picker ID is new, so a duplicate ID from a sibling is dropped together with its effortWireModelIds. The adapter path also has no account dimension, so a stored wire mapping applies to every account that shares the base URL. Neither point shows that the two accounts disagree on a wire ID, and the repository does not state that they can.

⚠️Unverified finding
Verification ran but could not confirm this finding. It is shown for review, not as a verified issue.
Exclude disabled IDs before applying the model limit.
With maxModels set to 1 and sort IDs ordered [disabled, enabled], Line 621 rejects the enabled ID before this filter runs. The parser returns null, so discovery degrades instead of publishing the eligible model. Skip disabled IDs while collecting IDs, before counting eligible models against maxModels. Keep the separate response-byte bound.

Add regression tests for rejected loopback paths in routing-drift detection.
loopbackEndpoint in src/codex/routing-drift.ts accepts a loopback URL only when its path is empty or /v1, after trailing slashes are removed. No test in tests/codex-integration/injection-routing-drift.test.ts or tests/cli/cli-status-codex-routing-drift.test.ts covers a rejected path such as /health or /v1/extra. The /v1/ trailing-slash case is also untested. If the check on lines 81-82 regressed, the current suite would still pass. A loopback URL on a foreign port with an unsupported path could then be reported as drift.
Add the cases next to the existing non-loopback and no-port negative tests:

…l routing (#7835)
* fix(antigravity): consolidate account discovery and model denial routing
Carry the scoped routing changes from #7717 and #7668 for #7500. Union
usable sibling discoveries with final-send and publication admission, skip
disabled models within separate enabled/raw bounds, and rank eligible
accounts within readiness and support tiers.
Bind the 24-hour model denial cache to configuration home, sent credential
generation, and observation order. Recover bounded CCA model 404s within
request budgets and distinguish eligibility exhaustion from recovery failure.
Keep quota User-Agent/retry behavior and Argon display-only quota unchanged.

* fix(antigravity): bind model denials to original model evidence
Classify only complete original 4 KiB NOT_FOUND errors identifying the sent
wire model, and carry the result through normalization and pacing by private
response provenance. Generic resource errors cannot poison model eligibility.
Capture active discovery observation order before dispatch and recheck its
credential generation before publication so delayed discovery preserves newer
inference denials. Cover all three R1 regressions and synchronize the contracts.

* fix(antigravity): bind model denials to the exact sent model and keep roster order monotonic

* fix(google): pass the sent request to the past-ceiling final error
The dev merge brought #7819's Retry-After past-ceiling return into a file where normalizeFinalGoogleError now takes the sent request for model-denial provenance.

Superseded by #7835, merged to dev as 343c87b with a Co-authored-by trailer for this work. #7835 carries the still-valid parts of #7717 and #7668 on current dev: union discovery across sibling accounts with a final-send check per sibling, disabled placeholder ids skipped with the model limit counting only enabled entries, tier-preserving quota tie-breaking, and per-account model 404 denial with in-request rotation bound to the sent credential generation and observation order (denial requires a ResourceInfo naming the sent model). The quota User-Agent change landed separately in #7804; the Argon quota-family ranking and the routing-drift hunk were dropped. Thank you for the groundwork. Closing as superseded.
