Rebased, ready for re-review and merge.

Needs another rebase if any other commit is made to main or PR is merged before this, let me know.

Same as #27, see PACKAGING.md for setup instructions in this repo, use the secrets and credentials sent via the two forum DMs and/or e-mails.

You can skip most steps, as the AUR+PPA packages, GPG and SSH keys are already configured and setup. Or not, your preference.

Proactively addressed the review comments from #35, adjusted for/to the PPA release workflow

Will open up a new PR to address the review comments for the AUR release workflow

@eous Probably needs a manual trigger this time for tag v0.2.3 to be released/pushed to Launchpad by the workflow
