What

specs/automation/ball-grants.t27 decides who else, besides the owner, may see the mail cards on the ball board (automation/ball-board.t27). The answer is nobody, unless the owner grants it.

Owner, 2026-10-01: every task from the mail is visible to the owner when signed in, and to others only if the owner allowed it. Privacy and security handled.

The laws (each one is a test block, bound to the host)

  • Who grants. Only the owner, and never to themselves. A viewer is a telegram id, never a username, because usernames change hands.

  • What a grant covers. One linked client, or * for every linked client. An unlinked matter never reaches a viewer.

  • When it ends. Every grant expires: 30 days if no length is given, 90 at most.

  • What it opens. The mail and nothing else. Open work (private repos) stays owner-only.

  • What never leaves the server.

    • the owner's links;
    • counterparties' addresses;
    • counts outside the grant.

    The t27.ai game token cannot open the board at all.

  • Audit. Each viewer read is stamped, and the owner's list shows who looked.

  • RUN_LIVE = false. The design is done and bound to the host, but not switched on yet.

Host

gHashTag/999-multibots-telegraf, render src/agent/ball-grants.ts plus the gate in ball-board.ts. Bound by src/spec/ball-grants.test.ts: 8 tests, one per spec test.

Closes #5387

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

…e owner's grant (Closes #5387)

The ball board (automation/ball-board.t27) shows the owner's mailbox,
CRM and open work by client, with whose move it is. This spec says who
else may see the MAIL cards: nobody, unless the owner granted it.

- Only the owner grants, never to themselves; a viewer is a telegram id,
  never a username (usernames change hands).
- A grant covers one linked client or every linked client ('*'); an
  unlinked matter never reaches a viewer.
- Every grant ends: unsized is 30 days, nothing outlives 90.
- A grant opens the mail and nothing else: open work (private repos)
  stays the owner's alone.
- Never to a viewer: the owner's links, counterparties' addresses, or a
  count of cards outside the grant. The t27.ai game token cannot open
  the board at all.
- Each viewer read is stamped; the owner's list shows who looked.
- RUN_LIVE false: designed, bound to the host, not yet switched on.

Host: gHashTag/999-multibots-telegraf render src/agent/ball-grants.ts,
bound by src/spec/ball-grants.test.ts.

Total Open PRs 48
PRs with Failing Checks 44
PRs with All Checks Green 4

These columns do not partition: 3 + 44 + 0 + 0 = 47, and there are 48 open PRs. A PR is being counted twice or not at all.

Seal Status

  • ⚠️ STALE -- sha256(compiler.rs)=403499176a5d != manifest seal=87e5cbd3ad94.
    The committed NMSE numbers were certified against an older compiler.rs.
    Run scripts/reseal-check.sh locally for the two-step reseal command (advisory; not a merge gate).

Reviewer bee W -- verified at head b04b6939e0.

Evidence (fresh clone under /tmp, master 6111696, t27c built from master):

  • t27c typecheck specs/automation/ball-grants.t27 -- OK
  • t27c seal specs/automation/ball-grants.t27 --verify -- all hashes MATCH (also MATCH under the compiler of fix(compiler): assert (a & b) == c is one condition, not assert(a & b) then == c #5594, which lands alongside)
  • t27c test-report -- 8/8 pass, 0 FAIL
  • Diff is exactly what the title says: one new spec, its seal, one docs/now entry. No money / wallet / payments_v2 content.
  • 'Documented t27c subcommands' and duplicate-bodies are red on this older base (opened Oct 1); the PR touches neither the CLI nor duplicated bodies.

Red checks are noise: Corpus ratchet, spec-guards, untrusted-input, coverage and Scorecard are red on master too; emit-bitexact fails on every open PR and does not run on master pushes.

…ed (#1202)

Owner, 2026-10-01: every task from the mail visible to him when signed in,
and to others only if he allowed it.

- lib/ballBoard.ts reads the ball_board tool through the player's identity
  (one Authorization header, credentials omitted, no arguments). Links pass
  safeLink (https only); no counts from the server survive the reader.
- The MAIL lane is drawn only when the server sent the mail source. A
  not_yours, unknown or missing status draws nothing -- no lane, no chip,
  no hint that a lane exists. Signed out sends no request.
- Columns by whose move it is (ours / due / theirs / none); cards carry the
  client, the source, the title, why, and days waiting.
- qa/ball-board-contract.mjs (59 checks) gates the wire, the refusals and
  the page structure; hive-board and clients-filter contracts learn the
  second private lane. Wired into website-checks.

Server side: gHashTag/999-multibots-telegraf#3204, spec gHashTag/t27#5411.
