Closes #4922

What changed

  • crm-story-reel v9 adds REEL_TOOL_IN_PLAN_READ. crm_client_plan used to return plan items with template_id but never said which tool makes the reel. It now returns the story-reel route next to the items.
  • crm-client-workspace v3 adds task_goes_to(specialist_chosen) and QUEEN_TASK_TO_CHOSEN_SPECIALIST. The Queen's task now goes to the specialist chosen in the thread; when none is chosen, it goes to the assistant.

Evidence

  • t27c test-report: crm-story-reel 25/25, crm-client-workspace 7/7.
  • validate-vacuity: 0 vacuous tests.
  • Seals saved.

crm_client_plan answered with twelve items of template_id LeelaPlanReel and
no word of the route (REEL_TOOL_IN_PLAN_READ). The Queen's tasks went to the
plain assistant whatever specialist the owner had chosen; task_goes_to sends
them to the chosen one, else the assistant. 25/25 and 7/7, 0 vacuous.

Local gate. The 6 red checks are the ones red on master without this change (see #4921): spec-guards, Documented t27c subcommands exist, Corpus ratchet, duplicate-bodies, coverage and emit-bitexact.

This PR touches two specs, their seals and a NOW entry. Results:

  • crm-story-reel: 25/25.
  • crm-client-workspace: 7/7.
  • Vacuous tests: none.
  • Host mutations: 15/15 killed on the story reel, 2/2 on the workspace, 1/1 on the player.
