   • Added a comprehensive Mermaid sequenceDiagram in both README.md and README-DE.md detailing the complete end-to-end processing lifecycle (IMAP/Gmail fetch, PDF normalization, OCR extraction, SHA-256 deduplication, Web Companion PWA review roundtrip, and DATEV EXTF CSV booking batch generation).

2. Visual Interface Tour & Screenshot Gallery (Section 1):

   • Integrated a 2x2 high-resolution visual interface showcase in both READMEs embedding committed store screenshots (Invoice Overview Table, Mailbox Configuration, DATEV Export Dialog, and Web Companion PWA).

3. Badges & Verification Currency:

   • Synchronized test badges to measured 302 passed Pytest tests (100% green) + 10 Node tests.
   • Updated verification badge to Verified-2026-11-03.
   • Updated llms.txt Stand to 2026-11-03 and 302 passed tests.
   • Updated hermetic contract test test_readme_badges_and_test_parity in tests/test_metadata.py.
   • Updated CHANGELOG.md under ## [Unreleased].
