    Intake review

Related: PR #3102 (the stale PR this issue tracks). Notes: filed by the stale-pr warden scan 2026-11-02; the PR's only reported check was CodeRabbit NEUTRAL and mergeable state was UNKNOWN at scan time, so the first step is a fresh mergeability/CI read, not a code change. Risks: force-resolving an UNKNOWN mergeable state without re-checking would repeat the staleness problem. Suggested approach: fresh gh pr view 3102 (mergeable, checks, last activity), then merge / fix / close per the decision rule in the issue body.

Picked up stale-PR triage. PR #3102 is Drew-authored/assigned, so merge/close/rebase decisions are his — verifying live state to attach a precise read.

escalation: user/escalated — PR is Drew-owned and conflicted; merge-or-close is his call

Triage findings on stale PR #3102 ("Fix request-scoped direct tool aliases"):

    1. Drew-owned — not touching it. Author and assignee are both Drew. Per protocol I post this read only; no rebase, merge, close, or competing PR.
    2. Conflicted, not just stale. mergeable: false / mergeable_state: dirty. Both files (bin/muse-proxy.mjs, bin/muse-proxy.test.mjs) changed on main since its Oct-31 base, via fix(design-code): repoint :18745 legs to antigravity-direct :18751 (#1413, unblocks opencode#1409) #4626. Full read posted on the PR itself.
    3. Not merge-ready regardless: only check on record is CodeRabbit NEUTRAL; no CI, no reviews.
    4. Still wanted in principle: it Fixes #2770, which is still OPEN with no other PR owning the fix.

Needed from Drew: rebase + resolve + re-test + merge, or close-as-abandoned with a re-file if #4626 supersedes it. Escalating this tracker as user/escalated and blocking the queue task until he decides.
