mcpx: Phase 3 of #1601 — register truth-up, list_changed invalidation test, and nix#200 evidence

Phase 3 of design #1601 (mcpx client cache hints). Gated on Phases 1–2. Design doc: files/designs/code-mcpx-client-cache-hints.md in the keep-the-four-repos-healthy goal workspace.

Scope

Make the record tell the truth, verify the notification path, and report back to the origin issue.

Add the missing test that a modern list_changed notification empties the pool's catalogue cache (the internal/daemon/hooks.go → Pool.Invalidate path), retiring conformance gap caching-notification-invalidates (currently recorded as unverified, issue mcpx: smaller conformance gaps -- user identity, annotation trust, rate limits, cursors, URI encoding, prompt validation, restart, invalidation dezren39/darwin-nix#257).
Rewrite the stale rows of pkgs/mcpx/docs/compare/register/pagination-caching.md (PG-08..PG-13 still describe mcpx @ 05c78b2, where the server emitted no hints at all) to the as-built state after Phases 1–2, with code evidence.
Retire the remaining caching-* gaps with their recorded reasons: caching-may-refetch-early-serve-stale (declined by decision on design(mcpx): honour upstream ttlMs and cacheScope — the pool catalogue cache gets a freshness deadline and a scope #1601 — refresh is synchronous), caching-page-refetch and caching-key-method-params (not applicable by construction: the pool caches one aggregated catalogue per pool; cursors are internal and never persisted; expiry re-reads from page one).
Update the "Legacy client robustness" row in planning/roadmaps/mcpx.md to name the caching slice landed.
Post the completion evidence as a comment on mcpx client: cannot reach a conformant 2026-07-28 server dezren39/darwin-nix#200 — comment only, do not close it (that umbrella tracks other registers' rows).

Acceptance

The list_changed invalidation test exists and passes; caching-notification-invalidates retired.
No caching-* gap remains in internal/conformance/coverage_stateful.go without a recorded reason in the register or on design(mcpx): honour upstream ttlMs and cacheScope — the pool catalogue cache gets a freshness deadline and a scope #1601.
