     • No plaza ABI spec document and no plaza conformance suite exist. The conformance hits under pkgs/id are the F13.1 shell/world contract (shell_contract.rs, world-contract.test.ts, id: Phase 13 F13.1 versioned shell contract (client-server frame spec + conformance check) #783) — a different surface. (mcpx has its own unrelated conformance suite.)
     • Prerequisites have landed: id(world): F11.16 replay self-check (id world verify) #544 is CLOSED (F11.16 replay self-check) and PR feat(id): record world sessions to replayable fixtures #239 MERGED (record world sessions to replayable fixtures; pkgs/id/src/world_fixture.rs exists), so the suite's fixture base is available.
   • Route: F12.7 is effort/l, so this triage routes a scoped first slice instead of the whole item: queue task 4887 (small_fix) = write the versioned ABI spec from the 13 exports + capability protocol as implemented, and add the plaza_abi_version export. Named remainder: the conformance suite itself (built on the id(world): F11.16 replay self-check (id world verify) #544/feat(id): record world sessions to replayable fixtures #239 fixtures; exit = Roc examples pass unchanged) — its packet gets enqueued when 4887 lands, per 4887's acceptance; this issue stays open as the F12.7 tracker until then. F12.8 depends on F12.7 (plan line 44).
