Merge current v5.1-dev and PR #4932, then pin all eight rust-dashcore dependencies to PR #1112 (870af146). Preserve DPP crypto implementations, canonical node IDs, and legacy Core RPC behavior. Use the upstream blst no_std API fix at 71a00877 for WASM compatibility. Validated wallet/storage, signing/BLS, encryption and RPC regressions, scoped strict Clippy, and WASM builds.
