[bug] InstallModelSync.ts calls launchctl on Linux, so model sync never schedules #2533

What happened

InstallModelSync.ts calls launchctl on Linux, so model sync never schedules

Summary

LIFEOS/TOOLS/InstallModelSync.ts installs the model-sync job by calling launchctl (print, bootout, bootstrap) with no platform check. launchctl is macOS-only, so on Linux the install step fails and the daily sync never gets scheduled. Model names and prices in models.ts / model-pricing.json then never refresh.

Seen on LifeOS 8.761.0, Linux (systemd). Other components already have a Linux path (the Atlas and Conduit jobs install as systemd user timers), so this one looks like a missed port.

Expected: on Linux the installer creates a systemd user timer and service, as the other jobs do, or skips with a clear message.
