project: no delete/archive operation; projects removed in app still listed by CLI /projects #56964
There is no way to delete or archive a project. Projects removed in the app still appear in the CLI /projects list because the server keeps the project row.
Environment
opencode version: 2.0.32
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Home Single Language (NT 10.0.19045.0, win32 x64)
Install/channel: latest (local install via npm/node)
Active plugins: opencode-synced
Reproduction
Open the OpenCode app and remove/delete a project from its list.
Open the CLI and run /projects.
The removed project still appears.
Expected Behavior
Deleting/archiving a project in the app should remove it from the shared project list (or the CLI should expose a delete/archive operation).
Actual Behavior
The project remains in GET /api/project and in the CLI /projects list. The API only exposes GET and PATCH for projects; there is no DELETE/archive endpoint.
Additional Context
Verified against the running server's OpenAPI spec: /api/project (GET) and /api/project/{projectID} (PATCH) only. DB table project retains rows even after app-side removal.
Thanks for the clear report and for checking the OpenAPI spec!
I think this is a duplicate of #51197. It reports the same root problem: the server exposes only GET /api/project and PATCH /api/project/{projectID}, with no delete or archive operation. Because of that, project rows stay in the database and keep showing up in client project lists. Current code only archives projects automatically when their folder no longer exists (#54354). There is still no way to delete or archive a project yourself.

We haven't heard back, so I'm closing this as a duplicate of #51197. That issue covers the same problem: there is no way to delete or archive a project, so removed projects stay in the database and in client lists like the CLI /projects.
