The model in plan mode (clean openconde installation) avoid the file writing restriction using bash command. Creating directories and files using bash. Also use to execute python and pip. This should be blocked.
Plugins
none
OpenCode version
1.2.24
Steps to reproduce
(tested with MiniMax M2.5 Free and locals models)
This also happened to me. I prompted "please take a look at <some github issue>" in plan mode and it ended up cloning the associated repository. The documentation at https://opencode.ai/docs/agents/#use-plan clearly states that this should be impossible.

Plan mode creates files as well, which it shouldn't.
