Bounded source-identity integration, no duplicate review inflation

3bff6f3df017e100459ae772a806ff2137d1a197, following #652. This PR adds a 65-row exact source/revision crosswalk and a human-readable six-family evidence reconciliation, linking the existing source-diversity guide. It does not alter shared five-surface accounting or review records.Verified: 65 unique original repo/pin pairs, 4,835 archived raw path occurrences. Six families have exact-pin, already-merged main receipts: 121 archived occurrences, 119 independently reverified SKILL.md entrypoints, 47 independently reverified complete package-tree identities (43 robotics + 4 aviation), 8 individually reviewed current-standard complete source packages (4 robotics REJECT, 4 aviation: 3 REFERENCE-ONLY/1 REJECT), and 4 additional preliminary FreeCAD candidate dispositions, not current-standard grades. Other 59 families (4,714 archived paths) remain unreconciled in this pass, not asserted unreviewed or absent from other evidence. No new source admission, 1,039 governed review delta, or four-source 4,813/4,809 counter delta.
Rights/authority: all 65 archive leads retain HOLD. GIS lacks an observed root license grant despite README MIT claim; one GIS configuration alias shares a SKILL.md blob but not a package tree. Music references include third-party quotations and model rights. Robotics has physical-actuation and camera egress risks; root Apache-2.0 and package-local MIT labels are separately preserved. FreeCAD's four preliminary decisions do not establish recursive package inspection or individual 10-dimension grades.
Validation: JSON parsed; 65 unique keys, 4,835 sum; all six source pins found in exact current-main receipts, all receipt file paths fetched, 119/47/8/4 independent stage sums verified. README, docs/SYSTEM_STATE, CURATION_QUEUE, INDEX and index.json retain existing counters. No scripts, runtime, CI, scan, behavior, installation, or upstream provider access. Commits use
[skip ci]. Distinct eligible denominator UNKNOWN.Overlap: open PRs #590, #496, #492, #489, #413, #412 do not modify the new crosswalk or reconciliation doc. Held #590 remains historical evidence, not merge-ready. No ownership claims about unobserved Claude branches.
