Closes #574 after merge.

Exact finite source-vetting tranche

  • Registered openai/plugins revision 0722921d5542fc593105c27bd52630babd8b8c2a, Build Web Apps plugin v0.1.2; 6/6 direct front-mattered candidate packages resolved, 3 REFERENCE-ONLY / 3 REJECT unchanged.
  • Exact package-tree, SKILL blob, path-specific freshness, per-candidate score, dependencies, controlled authority characterization, license context, trigger/non-trigger, portability and not-run behavioral/security states in docs/reviews/2026-11-01-openai-build-web-apps-six-candidate-vetting.md.
  • Macro findings: three duplicate subject exposures with distinct blobs; Stripe same-pin API-date drift (February vs July 2026); Supabase 1.1.0 vs 1.1.1; model/browser/CLI privacy and action authorization gaps; plugin MIT label without controlling license text. No vendoring.
  • Official-plugin finite intake 83/83 (34R/49X) → 89/89 (37R/52X), 9 → 10 families. Admitted-source denominator delta 0, new semantic/provenance pairs 0, public inventory 44 first-party / 995 third-party / 1,039 pairs, registered sources 23 and pinned corpora 12 unchanged.
  • Atomic public-accounting reconciliation: README, SYSTEM_STATE, CURATION_QUEUE, INDEX, index.json. Passive documentation/evidence only. No scripts, CI, runtime, tests, scanners, schedulers, installs, cloud changes or behavioral execution. Commits use [skip ci].
