Eight first-class Canva plugin candidates at the registered official openai/plugins revision 0722921d5542fc593105c27bd52630babd8b8c2a, plugin tree acc9c9bc8c9e6d0d5acc4f5fb41666ac4bdcce2f, version 14.0.0, declared publisher Canva Pty Ltd. Exact 8/8 candidate denominator: no nested skills, duplicate exposures or symlinks. All eight individual SKILL.md blobs and package trees are recorded in the macro receipt.

Terminal dispositions: 3 REFERENCE-ONLY (canva-brand-check, canva-design-feedback, canva-edit-design); 5 REJECT unchanged (branded-presentation, bulk-create, implement-feedback, resize-for-social-media, translate-design).

Macro findings

• Positive: preview/commit approval for existing-design edits, inspect/cancel for read-only critique, honest visual-evidence limitations, page-specific design QA, template field mapping.
• Authority/privacy failures: persistent copies before approval, batch asset uploads and Enterprise autofill without bounded resource/disclosure approval, comments replied to without separate communications authorization, translation of potentially private text via another model, and automatic brand-kit/brief disclosure.
• Terms: no root or plugin-local LICENSE/COPYING/NOTICE at pin; manifest links online Canva terms, not redistribution rights. NOASSERTION, no vendoring.
• Evidence: source-path freshness 2026-08-26, no executed Canva calls, no package-security scan or behavioral validation. Candidate triage scores are not governed semantic verification.

Accounting and passive architecture

Six changed files: one macro receipt and all five public accounting surfaces (README, SYSTEM_STATE, CURATION_QUEUE, INDEX, index.json). 0 source admissions, 0 pin changes, 0 new provenance/verification pairs, 0 admitted denominator delta. Public counts stay 44 first-party, 995 third-party, 1039 pairs, 23 sources and 12 pinned corpora. Current-main tree independently enumerated 1039 provenance / 1039 verification YAML files and 44 first-party manifests. No scripts, CI, scanners, schedulers, generators, runtimes or upstream package changes.

All eight open issues and five existing draft PRs were triaged first. Drafts #489/#492/#496 remain blocked by external pinned SkillSpector v2.12.0 and independent adversarial evidence for 36 changed trees; #412/#413 have separate admission gates. Socket Security checks are not substitutes for qualification. This PR is a disjoint, bounded source-vetting lane.
