Closes #427 after merge. Two passive documentation files: (1) exact complete-tree 3/3 Cognition vulnerability-fix source review with per-manifest blob and package-tree SHA, ten-dimension static scores, hard-fail authority reasoning, controlled tags, no scanner/behavioral evidence, and terminal EXTRACT/ADAPT-only disposition; (2) four newly identified public source leads (Cognition, DavidHuji, getsentry, Auth0), observed exact heads, complete Git-tree SKILL.md exposure counts 3+1+30+1, three search surfaces with 24h/7d filters, preliminary dedup, and no-admission funnel. No runtime/scripts/CI/scanners/installation, no registered source or inventory changes. First-party 44, registered source identities 22, third-party exact reviews 721 unchanged. PR #416/#412/#413 left untouched pending external security qualification.
