Add in new option for CMIP7 1850 aerosols

We have a preliminary dataset for CMIP7 1850 aerosols. So we should add an option to DATM_PRESAERO for CMIP7 1850. Something like

clim_cmip7_1850

See how this was done in CAM for this B simulation:

The previous CMIP6 data was put here:

CAM has settled on using the file here:

$DIN_LOC_ROOT/atm/cam/ozone_strataero/ozone_strataero_b.e30_alpha07c_cesm.B1850C_MTt4s.ne30_t232_wgx3.251.001_1850climo_zm_5day_c251204.nc

Actually, what's needed for DATM is a coupler history files that contains aerosols. For CMIP6 era this was a climatology from a a 19 year simulation of 5 day averages.

The script to create the data is documented here, from the attributes in the file:

OK, this needs to be done, by processing CPLHIST 24hour average data from a spinup simulation into a monthly climatology. For these fields:

The script that was used for the NDEP data doesn't seem suitable to do this. @olyson has a script used for CMIP6.

This is the one for historical:

What it did was to "ensemble mean of linearly interpolated 5 year averages of CPL output".

Here we don't have an ensemble, just a single case, and we just need to create a climatology from the daily data. Sample data is from here:

I should be able to do this from the daily data using ncra.
