Context

In /m developer mode the app overview's Recent Prompts was thinner than /w. It had no Playground button, and the row menu had no Open in Playground and no Delete. Every "Created by" showed a dash, and a row opened the read-only drawer without Open in playground. The actions menu also sat at the far right of the page instead of next to the app name (parity findings apps-overview-02, 03, 04, 07 and 08).

Stacked on #8157 (editable drawer) and #8170, the deployment drawer (it reuses its Deploy button).

Changes

All of this applies only in beta developer mode. Without it the overview is unchanged.

• Recent Prompts has a Playground button beside "View all prompts", when the playground view is on.
• The row menu gets Open in Playground and Delete, the same menu as the Registry page.
• A row opens the editable drawer with Open in playground, Deploy and Test app.
• "Created by" shows the author's name. The page now loads the workspace members, as the Registry page does.
• The actions menu sits right after the app name.
• The table shows the full model name and the time, as the Registry table in feat(frontend): /m developer mode Registry table like /w #8166 does (apps-overview-06).

Not in this PR:

• apps-overview-05 "Configure": /w's Configure opens the custom workflow modal, which is part of apps-prompts-06.

Tests

• appOverviewBeta.render.test.tsx: without beta developer mode the section has no Playground button and no Delete, and it opens the read-only drawer. With beta developer mode it has the Playground link, Open in Playground and Delete in the row menu, and the editable drawer with Open in playground and Deploy.
• The existing overview section tests still pass. Types pass for @agenta/mobile.
• Live check against the parity stack: with beta developer mode, the kebab sits next to "Capital finder", the Playground button shows, and Created by reads "Alex Parity (you)". A row opens the editable drawer. With Developer Mode off, the page is unchanged.
