Summary

  • Scheduled /code-health refresh — baseline was 8 days old, past the 7-day auto-refresh threshold.
  • Top hotspot holds Fix: Add missing Docker labels to system agent container #1 for a second run: client_portal/service.py (9464 → 9918, +4.8%, inside noise band).
  • Files > 800 lines (64 → 71) and High fan-out files (12 → 14) both moved outside the ±10% band — consistent with the active feature-landing pace over the last 8 days (skill sets, telegram group context, workspace suggestions, chain-depth limiting, ask-endings).
  • No circular imports; stale TODO/FIXME/HACK count unchanged at 6.

Dashboard-only — no GitHub issues filed (per skill design, conversion to type-refactor issues is a human call in /groom).

Test plan

  • docs/metrics/code-health-baseline.json and docs/metrics/code-health-latest.md are the only files changed
  • Local dev was in sync with origin/dev before branching (no stranded-commit risk)

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Top hotspot stable at client_portal/service.py (9918, +4.8%, inside noise
band). Files >800 lines 64->71 and high fan-out files 12->14 both moved
outside the +-10% band, consistent with the recent feature-landing pace.
