Weekly hotspot/size/coupling/smell scan for src/backend/. task_execution_service.py takes #1 hotspot (11585, was #3 at 5082) and operator_queue_service.py enters the top 3 from outside last week's top-30 (9394) — both driven by the "ask endings" feature (#3023) landing complex new logic across the execution/operator-queue seam in one PR. client_portal/service.py drops to #2 despite still growing (churn/CC both up slightly) — simply outpaced. Files > 800 lines 64→70 (within noise band), high fan-out 12→14 (↑), stale TODOs and circular imports unchanged.
