rulerView.setCurrentValue(2000);
在某些手机上设置当前值时并不能指向当前值，每次初始化都不一样！刚进入时调用 rulerView.setCurrentValue();刻度不能指到2000，每次都不一样，RedMi Note 4X等手机有此现象！
