DOC: white text in docs searchbar in light mode #3771

Describe the issue linked to the documentation
When viewing the zarr python documentation in light mode, text typed in the top searchbar is difficult to see. It seems to be using white text on a white background, so it is only really visible after clicking out of the searchbar.
Everything work fine in dark mode - it's a light mode specific issue.
Suggested fix for documentation
Dark text would be easier to read in the light-mode searchbar

thanks for the report @K-Meech! I tried to fix it in #3760 but that didn't seem to work completely. I'll give it another go
