Explain how to create a Wasabi integration for app and database backups: which service URL to enter, the access a sub-user needs, how bucket selection works, and how Wasabi's minimum storage duration affects the cost of deleting backups early. List Wasabi with the other storage providers.

Problem
Wodby is adding Wasabi as a backup storage provider, and the docs have no page that explains how to connect it.
Solution
A new Wasabi provider page explains what to enter when creating the integration: the regional service URL, an access key pair for a sub-user with access to the backup buckets, and the optional permission that lets Wodby list buckets. A warning explains that Wasabi charges for backups deleted before its minimum storage duration ends. Wasabi is also added to the list of storage providers.

mkdocs build --strictpasses.python3 -m unittest discover -s scripts -p test_agent_docs.pyandpython3 scripts/check_agent_contract.pypass.Release
Draft until Wasabi storage is available in Wodby, so the page does not describe a provider customers cannot select yet.
