The on_message event is not triggered when wechaty server restarts #79
Description
I have implemented a message forwarding bot using wechaty, with a python SDK on the client side
When the wechaty server restarts due to failure or update, the client does not report any error and the process exists normally, but it cannot continue to send messages using the wechaty service and needs to be restarted to resume normal.
It seems that the on_message event is not triggered when there is a new message, what is the reason for this, and how can I solve it?

Yes, but the message will be maintained in the server with in some time .
Not all of history message should be stored when the bot is down.
