The direct dependency on line 14 and the override on line 18 both use ^4.3.2, even though the repository documents that js-yaml and the other specification tools use exact versions. A future lockfile refresh can therefore select an unreviewed 4.x release, making installs less reproducible. Pin both entries to 4.3.2 while retaining the advisory fix.

ApprovabilityVerdict: Not approved Macroscope's review found this PR not approvable — This is a small development-dependency security update confined to ignored manifest and lockfile paths, with no application or API changes and full author ownership. An unresolved comment identifies that the new caret ranges can allow future unreviewed js-yaml 4.x selections, so the versioning choice should be reviewed before merge. Not approved because:

Use the patched js-yaml version in the CI parser. foundation-gate.yml installs js-yaml@4.1.0 before parsing pull-request-controlled openapi.yaml. Versions before 4.1.1 are affected by CVE-2025-64718, a prototype-pollution vulnerability. Version 4.3.2 includes the fix.

Overview
Addresses HIGH security advisories on
js-yamlin this package’s dev toolchain by bumping the direct devDependency from4.1.0to^4.3.2and adding anoverridesentry so transitive installs (e.g. under@redocly/openapi-core) resolve to the same fixed line instead of older nested copies.package-lock.jsonis regenerated accordingly: the hoistedjs-yaml@4.3.2replaces4.1.0, and the separate4.3.1nested under Redocly is dropped in favor of the overridden version. No OpenAPI spec or script source changes—only manifest and lockfile.Reviewed by Cursor Bugbot for commit 6c33115. Bugbot is set up for automated code reviews on this repo. Configure here.
