[CLOSED] Allow importing milestones #4

Originally opened as IQAndreas/github-issues-import#4
Milestones have different issue IDs across repos (like imported issues do) which will cause problems in the target repo. Therefore, importing Milestones has been disabled until this has been fixed.

Fixed in cea94a3704b96b9d78d95c75aec91f019a02232c
(and ended up writing my own code or it instead)
