Adds
--resume <trajectory.json>to continue unfinished tasks with saved conversation context, model, and cumulative usage accounting. Validates checkpoint history, canonical root, instructions, and tool compatibility before provider setup; rejects legacy, completed, and compacted checkpoints.Preserves the source, requires a new output destination, writes private atomic checkpoints, and stops on persistence failure. Records resume provenance and warns about stale workspace state and unrecorded side effects. Updates help and README, adds provider-wire and recovery tests, and fixes an existing buffer-test timing race.
