SimOutUtils - Utilities for analyzing time series simulation output

This is an interactive simulation of a coffee vending machine, developed in Octave for the subject Introduction to Engineering. This project enables users to select from a variety of coffee types, each with its own price, via a user-friendly GUI that mimics the operation of a coffee vending machine in the real world.

A PID controlled liquid transfer system. Built with an Arduino Uno, an HC-SR04, a 12V pump and an L298N H bridge for PWM control; using Octave (MATLAB .m program).
