docs: drop internal service references

Removes mentions of internal service names from README and Caddyfile comments now that the repo is public.

What/Why: The repo went public; docs referenced private internal projects.

How:

• README — replaced internal-pattern references with neutral wording
• Caddyfile — dropped internal domain from the TLS comment
