  • Restricts the penalty unit mismatch notice to only display when negative marking is enabled at both the admin settings and quiz level.
  • Migrates the quiz negative marking toggle to FormSwitch within course builder quiz settings.
  • Adds field label for penalty per incorrect question in quiz settings.
  • Cleans up legacy negative marking form layout styles.
