This PR consist of few changes that are required for Oxygen classic builder to work with Tutor v4 smoothly. None of these are breaking changes and has been thoroughly tested.
add_filter( 'template_include', array( $this, 'load_learning_template' ), 99 )the priority was set to 99, otherwise the learning area is not rendered properly when oxygen is enabled, this fix allows learning area template to be loaded later after the builder has run all its template methods, it was tested with both oxygen on and off and it works properly.The oxygen depedency on dashboard template was removing the custom header and footer thus no style was getting loaded, since the dashboard page is handled by tutor now, i have removed these dependency
