Add Divi 5 modules for Course List, Course Carousel, Course Benefits, Course Categories, Course Content, Course Curriculum, and Course Duration.
Single-course modules take the course open in Divi, then the latest published course. Course List and Course Carousel keep their category and author filters, filled from the shared Visual Builder payload.
Test plan
