For bots with topics enabled, a
?startapplink opened the bot's chat instead of its main Mini App. The forum navigation branch ran before the existing Mini App handlers, also intercepting?startattachand?attachlinks.Following the maintainer's review suggestion, move those handlers before forum navigation while preserving their order and launch parameters.
