Fixes #24

Summary:

preserve the target anchor after renderEvents() fills the events list
reapply the current fragment when the browser had already scrolled to that section
keeps /#faq and /#contact visible while the page is still loading or while events.json arrives

Validation:

Reproduced the issue on fresh upstream/main with the README flow (python -m http.server, deep links in headless Edge)
Verified the fix with the repo probe against the patched page: FAQ remains visible after load and the scroll offset is restored instead of being pushed down by the event cards
