v2: Default model is not set when using omo slim #532

Description

I am using opencode v2 using oh-my-opencode-slim and configured it to use glm 5.3 flash as default orchestrator with my OpenCode GO subscription. Also my default mode is "ORCHESTRATOR". While running opencode's TUI sets all these defaults fine, using opencode.nvim ignores the model default. The orchestrator model is set to "random" one. I think it is not entirely random right now it is gemini 4 argon so it probably falls back to the last/most recent one?!

Note: this is used to work using opencode v1 and the plugin. Seems like something changed in v2 API.
