Summary

Completes the Simplified Chinese (zh-CN) locale against the current en-US source on nightly.

• Added 216 missing translations across the mobile app (mobileApp), web app (webApp) and shared strings (shared).
• Removed 25 stale keys that no longer exist in en-US (renamed/removed during the localization reorganization).
• zh-CN now has full key parity with en-US: 2043/2043 keys.

Coverage by namespace (before → after):

Validation

• zh-CN.json parses as valid JSON.

• Removed keys were checked against the codebase and have no remaining references.
• No empty values, no traditional Chinese characters introduced.

No code changes; this PR only touches packages/i18n/src/locales/zh-CN.json.

I intentionally locked the weblate project while doing some organization and maintenance on the translation setup. I'm fine with PRs for translations in general, but once I have a moment to review this I anticipate quite a few conflicts. If you're okay dealing with those once they crop up, then feel free to keep it open. Otherwise, I'll unlock the weblate once things are in a better spot
