Closes #1111

Description

  • Add a table for tracking user-series-specific state (backlogged, reread stopped, dnf'ed)
    • A backlogged series will have its books excluded from on-deck
    • A dnf'ed series will have its books excluded, functionally equivalent as backlogged but with that added semantic meaning of "i never intend to pick this up again"
  • Put stats and other series resolvers behind data loaders now that they are being selected in more list views (e.g., to determine if a book is a subsequent reread which can be paused, etc).
    • TODO: there are still a few which need their own loaders
  • Use the user-series state to affect what comes through in on-deck suggestions:
    • Books in dropped series are not shown
    • Books in a paused reread of a series are not shown unless:
      • They were ingested after the pause date of the series reread
      • They are unread beyond the highest position ever reached in the series
    • Books in a paused reread will auto-resume if manually read after pausing
    • Otherwise behaves as before, CTEs in the query were extracted out for reuse
  • Add UI hookups in mobile/web apps

This PR is still a bit of a heavy WIP, but opening as a better constant reminder to wrap it up

i love sql i love sql i love sql i love sql
im getting a little hung up on some of the semantics, its becoming a lot to juggle conceptually. def need to really think through the mechanisms that are all really closely related but kinda have separate functions:
- dnf'ing a series
- pausing a reread
- dropping a series
addresses awk scenario of multiple rereads + new books mid-reread
just didn't wanna dump the schema and run codegen a bunch, yknow?
will be querying stats and counts in way more lists so had to be done
i am a bit wary of going down the road of always duplicating localization, in instances like this where it's a direct copy it makes me feel like there could be a way to share a bit better
